THINGS WE PRACTICE FOR THAT MAY NEVER HAPPEN:

Fire drills. Emergency exits. Changing a flat tire. What to do during severe weather.

We prepare because the middle of an emergency is a pretty terrible time to start Googling instructions.

CPR belongs on that list, too.

Hopefully you’ll never need to use it. But knowing how is a skill you’ll never regret having.
