We’re proud to announce another nonprofit collaboration to benefit people in our community. Greater Midland is teaming up with Family & Children’s Services of Mid-Michigan to bring FREE counseling for older adults right here to the Community Center.

This service is available every Wednesday for ages 65+, with counseling provided by Tad Hupfer, LMSW. Tad specializes in helping seniors improve their mental health, build resilience and reach personal goals. He’s worked with senior living facilities, independent living communities, and Senior Services, so he brings a wealth of experience with him.

Counseling will take place in a comfortable and private conference room at the Community Center. Whether you're working through grief, navigating a major life transition, managing anxiety, or just want someone to talk to, we encourage you to take advantage of this valuable community resource.

No referral is needed – simply call to get started!

We are proud to partner with the Greater Midland Community Center to provide accessible mental health counseling services for its SilverSneakers participants and Medicare-eligible community members. By offering therapy services onsite at the Community Center, we aim to reduce barriers to care and provide support in a familiar, welcoming environment that promotes health, wellness, and independence.

Due to a power outage, our office is currently without electricity and, therefore, closed. This means our phones, internet, and computer systems may be unavailable until power is restored.
