Billie Gene White, 65, of Odessa, Texas, passed away on August 1, 2026, in Odessa.

Billie was born on November 25, 1960, in Odessa to Billie Louise (Connelly) Giddens. On December 10, 1977, she married Clifford White Jr. in Odessa, beginning a marriage that would span 48 years.

Billie was a woman of extraordinary strength and unwavering faith. A deeply anointed gospel singer, she firmly believed that life's battles were best fought through prayer, praise, and worship. No matter what struggles came her way, Billie knew that God had her securely in His hands. She carried that same conviction into her work as a Christian health advisor, where her care for others was inseparable from her faith.

She carried her pain with quiet strength and remained a faithful witness for God through every trial. Rather than asking, "Why me?" Billie chose to say, "Why not me?" She willingly allowed her life and testimony to be used for God's glory.
Billie spoke of being visited by angels, and her faith never wavered. She was a devoted prayer warrior, a soul winner, and a constant source of spiritual strength to those around her. Even during her most difficult moments, she continued to worship, pray, and point others toward God.

When she sang, people would stand - moved by the anointing of God in her. Her heart was pure in the sight of God and of men.

Billie is survived by her devoted husband of 48 years, Clifford White Jr.; her son, Mickey D. White, and his children,...
