🦵 Did you know that Physical Therapy can be extremely effective in resolving knee pain?

🧐 Depending on the study, research shows that the level of pain and function for those who endured a meniscus tear is the same 24 months post injury regardless of whether they had surgery or PT.

👉 Regardless of the injury you have in the knee, physical therapy can significantly help in reducing your pain and improving your function!

✨ When I first opened my practice, I wanted to change the dynamic of clinician/patient interaction. I wanted to get to know my patients and their “why” for wanting to feel better and age well.

✨ I can honestly say that I believe we have achieved that at prosper. Our patients come and visit us long after they finish their care. We love knowing how they are doing and we truly care about each person we help. Thank you to this sweet patient for dropping off some valentines goodies to us and for hanging out a bit today 🥰

✨2023 was an amazing year for Prosper PT! We added 2 new team members (1 was extra fluffy 🐶 ) and expanded our practice into offering pelvic floor, GI therapy and PRI therapy!

I’m so proud of my team, and the bar that’s been set at our practice for quality physical therapy healthcare.

Thank you to our wonderful patients, referral sources, business neighbors and community as a whole for trusting us with your therapeutic needs.

Stay tuned! We have some very exciting developments on the horizon next year ☺️ Let’s go 2024 🍾 🌟 🎆
