We're Launching a new patient portal
Dear Valued Patient,

Midlothian Family Medicine Clinic is launching a new Patient Portal on June 15, 2026!

The new Patient Portal will have the same user experience and capabilities as your existing portal. Your contact and insurance information will be synced with the new portal, so you won’t have to provide that information again.

What You Need to Do

This week, you will receive an email asking you to register for the new Patient Portal. Please click on the link in that email and register for the new portal using the same email address and phone number associated with your existing portal account. More information, registration processes, and frequently asked questions can be found on this landing page.

Once you register for the new portal, you will be able to message your care team, make and manage appointments, pay bills, and access care summaries for care provided after June 15, 2026.

What Happens to Your Existing Portal & Health Data

Care summaries and bills for care provided before June 15, 2026 will not be available in the new Patient Portal.

You can access to your old portal here where you can:

View care summaries and message history prior to June 15, 2026.
Submit payment for services received prior to June 15, 2026.

Our sweet Amanda was witnessed helping a young patient who had recently lost a parent. Another patient noticed this moment without realizing what it truly meant to Amanda. In the past year, Mrs. Amanda has lost both parents, who resided out of state. She is already a wonderful caregiver, which we see daily, but she is particularly amazing with those who have lost loved ones and also with the elderly. Thank you, Amanda, for being you and serving others as you do. We are all so proud of you. Help us thank her for a job well done! ♥️
