Our sweet Amanda was witnessed helping a young patient who had recently lost a parent. Another patient noticed this moment without realizing what it truly meant to Amanda. In the past year, Mrs. Amanda has lost both parents, who resided out of state. She is already a wonderful caregiver, which we see daily, but she is particularly amazing with those who have lost loved ones and also with the elderly. Thank you, Amanda, for being you and serving others as you do. We are all so proud of you. Help us thank her for a job well done! ♥️

Well, we went and did it once again!!!

Meet Ms. Audrey! She has joined our team and will serve as a dedicated phlebotomist for the providers. She has worked many years in the medical field in which she has been blessed to serve in various specialties. She comes to us very highly recommended as well as qualified to assist our patients.

Audrey is a proud mother of a beautiful daughter who will graduate from college next week and in her very own words: “that daughter can work my nerves.” Made us life hearing her say it. And she sounds like a very great mom especially with that last comment, we’ve all been there.

A neat fact about Audrey - she has a twin brother with a rhyming name. You figure it out.

She loves meeting new people, shopping and more than anything she loves to travel. She says her passport is ready at all times. Just give her a moment to grab her suitcase.

Sweet Alayna and Michael shared a magical wedding celebration on March 14th, filled with love, laughter, and an unforgettable reception. She was truly a stunning bride. We have had a busy few weeks with holidays, bad weather and Dr. Felty being out for a short bit. A huge shoutout to Sondra as she served as a single provider several days and never turned down a patient. She and her nurse, Hannah, worked extra hours to assure everyone’s patients were cared for. Thank you to Amanda who jumped in as well as our gals in the front office - Pennie & Randi.

Some fun facts about Sondra. She is a very dedicated nurse practitioner. She specializes in diabetes and weight management. She too is trained for acute care and retains a large population of her patients. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner she served as a labor and delivery nurse for 20+ years along with many other roles. She is a mom to four boys and enjoys her grandchildren greatly. More than anything spending time with her mom (as you will see in this photo) is another one of her top priorities.

Sondra is in the clinic Monday -Thursday full days and Fridays 8am-12 noon.

Thank you Sondra for your almost two year dedication to Midlothian Family Medicine Clinic. You are very much loved and appreciated.
