The Emotional Wellness Dimension involves the ability to express feelings, adjust to emotional challenges, cope with life’s stressors, and just enjoy life.

These tips are great tips to help improve balance with our emotions.
There is no bad emotion. Embrace that you are feeling, because that means you are LIVING.
Don’t pile everything up. Not everything in life needs to be taken so seriously.
Embrace your failures. There is no growth with out failure.
Write down your thoughts. Sometimes it feels good to let out our thoughts and emotions on paper. And it’s always nice to go back and look at the challenges we’ve over come and the things we’ve accomplished.

The Spiritual Wellness Dimension is such a broad concept that represents your personal beliefs & values & involves meaning, purpose, and a sense of balance and peace. It includes:
•recognizing our search for meaning and purpose in human existence &
•developing an appreciate for life and their natural forces that exist in the universe.
Ask yourself: are you taking enough time to determine what values, principles, & beliefs are important to you? Are you using your spirituality to drive your actions and thoughts and give a better meaning to life? Are you receptive to your own spirituality even in times of pain and grief? This is when we find how
our spirituality can help us most.

Meditating is one of our favorite tools to help us reflect, especially on our own spirituality. Have you tried mediation? Are you meditating daily? We highly suggest starting if you haven’t!

Helping Everyone Achieve Love was created in hopes of bringing people together to share their stories, gifts, and talents with their community. Each month we hosted a FREE community event to spread love, light, and healing. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, H.E.A.L. events started to decline as we couldn’t come together and share space and connect with each other due to health regulations. As for now, we are currently under REBRAND and can’t wait for you to see the projects we have planned. We are passionate about connection and spreading love throughout our community. We understand how life can be hard and at times feel lonely, and we believe through real connection and love, healing and growth can happen. No one should have to go through life alone.
Help everyone achieve love by sharing your story and shining your light on the world. DM us with your journey on your path of growth and healing!
