Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated, people-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic, multi-role environment. This individual will serve as a neurofeedback tech, medical assistant, patient guide and practice ambassador. This role involves administering neurofeedback, hyperbaric therapy, and helping prospective patients feel understood, supported, and confident in taking the next step toward improving their brain health.
This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys connecting with people, guiding decisions, and making a real impact—while also being organized and proactive behind the scenes.
Meaningful experience (not required) and skills
Strong interest in health and wellness.
People focused - Positive, cheerful, patient, empathetic
Self-motivated, proactive - an implementer
Adaptable - comfortable wearing multiple hats
Medical Assisting, Patient Care, Phlebotomy, training experience
Sales, coaching or customer-facing roles
Front desk or administrative experience
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
We value mindset and interpersonal skills over specific credentials—training will be provided.
