Even a simple plant in the room, or pictures of nature, can make you feel less anxious, angry, and stressed. But it’s better if you get out of that room and go out. Exercise is good for anxiety too. But it’s even better if you do it outside, compared to inside a gym. Sunlight helps keep your serotonin levels up. This helps raise your energy and keeps your mood calm, positive, and focused. https://wb.md/4yLifxN

Measles spreads fast β€” but it’s preventable! Two doses of MMR or MMRV provide the best protection against measles. If you were around someone with measles, watch for symptoms over the next few weeks: fever, cough, rash, runny nose, and red eyes.

High blood pressure - or hypertension - often shows no warning signs, yet it increases the risk for heart disease, stroke, blindness, dementia, and other complications.

A simple blood pressure check can be life-saving.

Getting your blood pressure measured the right way helps ensure accurate results.
Incorrect positions can lead to incorrect readings.

βœ” Sit with your back supported
βœ” Legs uncrossed and feet flat on the floor
βœ” Arm supported with the cuff at heart level
βœ” Use correct cuff size
βœ” Rest for at least 5 minutes before the reading
βœ” Do not talk during or between measurements
βœ” Avoid exercise, tea/coffee, and smoking for at least 30 minutes before reading

Small steps can make a big difference in protecting your health.
