You’re Invited: Kingdom Beginnings Classes + Community

At A New Story Birth Center, we believe that preparation, education, and community can make a world of difference during pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and beyond.

That’s why we’re excited to collaborate with Kingdom Beginnings Birth Services to help connect families with valuable classes, practical resources, and encouraging support throughout their journey into parenthood.

Whether you’re expecting your first baby, preparing for a VBAC, learning about newborn feeding, navigating postpartum recovery, or simply looking for a community of mothers who understand the season you’re in, these gatherings are designed with you in mind.

✨ Free Moms Meet-Up starting July!
📅 Every 3rd Monday at 6:00 PM

✨ Bi-Monthly Mini Sessions
📅 2nd Thursday evenings

Topics rotate throughout the year and may include:
• Comfort measures for labor
• VBAC preparation
• Postpartum recovery
• Newborn feeding

• Birth preparation and more

Support matters. Preparation helps. And no mother should feel like she has to walk this journey alone.

We encourage you to follow Kingdom Beginnings for upcoming topics, registration details, and event announcements. We look forward to supporting local families together.

Have you attended a birth, breastfeeding, or parenting class before?

Today feels especially close to the heart of mothers.

Because to a mother, sacrifice is not an abstract concept—it’s deeply understood. It’s the sleepless nights, the worry, the prayers whispered over children, and the fierce love that would give anything for them.

So today, we remember with profound gratitude the mothers, fathers, families, and loved ones of the brave sons and daughters of our great nation who paid the ultimate price for our freedom.

Their sacrifice is not forgotten.
Their courage is not overlooked.
Their legacy lives on.

From all of us at A New Story Birth Center, we honor and remember this Memorial Day. 🇺🇸❤️

Continued excellence in care means never stopping the pursuit of learning.

Recently, two of our midwives attended an advanced Perineal Repair for Midwives & Midwifery Students training to further strengthen the hands-on skills and clinical knowledge we bring to the families we serve.

Birth work is both art and science, and our commitment has always been to provide care that is not only deeply personal and compassionate, but also rooted in ongoing education, evidence-based practice, and clinical excellence.

From supporting physiologic birth to postpartum healing, every detail matters. Investing in advanced training allows our team to stay current, sharpen specialized skills, and continue offering the highest standard of care possible for the women who trust us in some of life’s most sacred moments.

Because “good enough” has never been the goal.
Exceptional, informed, patient-centered care is.

We are proud to continually invest in our team so we can better support you. 🤍

1 in 5 moms struggle—and many suffer silently.

Motherhood is beautiful.
Motherhood is also physically, emotionally, hormonally, and mentally demanding.

Baby blues can be common. Persistent anxiety, rage, intrusive thoughts, hopelessness, or feeling disconnected deserve support.

Signs to watch for:
Constant overwhelm
Trouble sleeping (even when baby sleeps)
Feeling numb or detached
Racing thoughts
Panic
Irritability or anger
Crying often

You were never meant to navigate postpartum alone.

Did anyone talk to you about postpartum mental health before birth?

Motherhood is at the heart of so much of what we do every day.

Today, we celebrate the women who give endlessly of themselves to love, nurture, protect, and guide the next generation. From the first positive test… to the first kicks… to labor, birth, postpartum healing, sleepless nights, and all the beautiful moments in between — motherhood is powerful beyond words.

To every mother, grandmother, mother-to-be, and woman walking the journey of caring for others with tenderness and strength — Happy Mother’s Day. It is a privilege to witness the love, courage, and devotion that motherhood carries.

We know today can hold many emotions too. Joy, gratitude, longing, healing, remembrance, and hope. Wherever your heart is today, we are thinking of you.

If you’d like, we would love to hear how you celebrated your Mother’s Day — whether it was quiet moments at home, time with family, snuggles with your little ones, a new baby in your arms, or simply taking a deep breath and feeling appreciated today.

Motherhood teaches women to carry a lot.
Schedules.
Meals.
Appointments.
Emotions.
Tiny humans.
Entire homes.

But during Women’s Health Month, we want to remind women of something important:

Your health matters too.

Not just when something feels “seriously wrong.”
Not just after everyone else is taken care of.
Not just when you finally have time.

You deserve support, answers, wellness, and care in every season of womanhood.

At A New Story Birth Center we believe caring for women changes families, generations, and communities.

Take care of you, too. 🤍

Today is International Day of the Midwife — and we celebrate the hands, hearts, and wisdom of midwives everywhere. 🤍

The long nights.
The early mornings.
The calm in the chaos.
The steady voice reminding mothers of their strength.

Midwifery is so much more than delivering babies. It’s listening. Educating. Supporting. Advocating. Praying. Encouraging. Walking with women through pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and beyond.

At A New Story Birth Center, we believe women deserve care that feels personal, respectful, and deeply human.

To every mother who has trusted us with her story — thank you.
And to every midwife answering the call to care for women and families — today we celebrate you.

Happy International Day of the Midwife!
