If you're passionate about helping children, mentoring clinicians, and building something meaningful, we'd love to meet you.

🌴✈️ Theme Week Update: Tourist Day + Beach Day 🏖️☀️

Somehow The Openshaw Spot has turned into a travel agency.

This week we’ve had tourists, beach bums, a dog in sunglasses, at least three people who looked ready to board a cruise ship, and enough inflatables to violate several fire codes. 🌺😂

The best part? The kids have absolutely loved it.

Sometimes the most important thing we can do isn’t just teach skills; it’s create joy, build memories, and remind kids that learning can be fun.

Also, if anyone knows where our staff actually went, please let me know. They’ve been “on vacation” all week. 😎🏝️

Our therapists in ALL locations have completely lost it and decided that regular therapy wasn't exciting enough... so we're bringing you Summer Break Spirit Week Next Week! 😎

🌺 Monday: Hawaiian/Tropical Day
🗺️ Tuesday: Tourist Day
🏖️ Wednesday: Beach Day
🎒 Thursday: Vacation Souvenir Day

We'll have themed therapy activities all week long, questionable tourist fashion choices, an unreasonable number of sunglasses, and enough summer fun to make you forget you're actually working on therapy goals. 😉

Parents: Don't be alarmed if your child comes home talking about beaches, vacations, and tropical adventures. We promise they're still doing therapy; we're just sneaky like that. 😏
