Watching The Openshaw Spot grow while watching Theo grow up beside it all feels a little surreal. 🥹

Started with a dream, a few therapy toys, and a whole lot of figuring it out as I went. Now somehow there are multiple clinics, therapy swings in every room, and a little boy who’s been there through every step of it. 🤍🌊

Anyone else an OT and a mom?

It’s not an easy job, but someone’s gotta teach kids how to regulate their bodies instead of body slamming the couch cushions. 😂🫶

Girls trip! 🥰

The kiddos we see are the reason these 3 therapists willingly signed up for a 4-day SOS 8-5 feeding course WITH tests 😳💙

Because behind every “picky eater” is usually sensory processing, anxiety, motor challenges, emotional regulation, or a kiddo trying their best. 🍓🍗

So yes… we’re spending our weekend getting tested on chicken nuggets and gag reflexes for the kids. 😂
