💜 September is National Recovery Month. 💜

Recovery is possible, and no one has to walk the journey alone. This month, we celebrate the strength of those in recovery, recognize the people who support them, and remind our communities that help, hope, and healing are available.

Whether you’re taking your first step, continuing your recovery journey, or supporting someone you care about—every step forward matters. 💜

If you or someone you know needs support, the resources in this post are here to help.

A safety plan can make a life-saving difference. 💙

When someone is struggling or in crisis, having a plan in place can help them know what to do and who to turn to. A safety plan can include recognizing warning signs, using coping strategies that help, reaching out to trusted people, and knowing when to call or text 988 for support.

Taking a few minutes to create a safety plan today could make all the difference when it’s needed most.
