Through education and prevention WeCare develops healthier clients, leading to fewer sick days and increased production, as well as the prevention of acute and chronic conditions. Through this program, participants will learn:
- Techniques to deal with problems such as frustration, fatigue, isolation, and poor sleep
- Appropriate exercises for maintaining and improving strength, flexibility, and e

ndurance
- Appropriate use of medications
- How to communicate effectively with family, friends, and health professionals
- Nutrition tips
- How to pace activity and when to rest
- How to evaluate new treatments
- How to care for yourself as you care for others
