This is a good article on balance. I’d like to add it does not need to be Tree Pose, which is not advisable or accessible for certain bodies. Including in the comments a photo of Stork Pose which also focuses on balance without external rotation of the hip.

There are ways doctors can help strengthen this skill, but clear communication is key.
