KELLY CERILLO 🎉

This month, we’re celebrating Kelly for Office Manager Appreciation Month and 29 incredible years with Care Advanced Dentistry! 💚

Before joining Care, Kelly worked in restaurant catering and event planning, where she developed a passion for creating memorable experiences and connecting with people. She brought that same passion to Care, beginning as a part-time receptionist and growing into her current role as Practice Administrator & Chief of Operations.

Kelly has been part of Care’s evolution from the father-and-son generation to the incredible team we have today. In her role, she supports our doctors and team while overseeing operations, business development, team growth, systems, and the patient experience. She is especially proud of the ethical, high-quality care we provide and the trust our patients place in us.

What Kelly loves most is the people. She treasures the relationships she has built with patients and team members and takes pride in making people feel welcomed, cared for, and valued.

Outside of Care, Kelly enjoys life with her husband, David, and their fur baby, Zion. 🐾 She loves exploring new places, hiking, relaxing at the beach, listening to music, dancing, and making memories with family and friends.
