We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and experienced Front Desk Receptionist to become the face of our busy and thriving practice! If you enjoy helping people, staying organized in a fast-paced environment, and being part of a supportive team, we’d love to meet you and encourage you to apply!
 
What You’ll Do:
· Warmly greet and check in/check out patients
 
· Schedule and manage appointments efficiently
· Answer multi-line phones with professionalism and care
· Process payments and maintain accurate records
· Assist with administrative tasks to keep the office running smoothly
What We’re Looking For:
· Prior medical reception experience required
· Experience with ChiroTouch is a plus
· Reliable and ready to begin training ASAP
· Willing to work two Saturdays a month 7:30am-2:00pm in addition to weekday hours- some evenings
