Do you provide care for a senior or disabled love one? If you are a primary caregiver you may eligible for Georgia’s Structured Family Caregiving Program (SFC). Family members providing personal support services or personal care tasks such as assistance with eating, bathing, or other daily activities may be eligible for financial compensation. To qualify for this program, caregivers must either be biological relatives, related via marriage (a daughter-in-law or son-in-law), or live with their family member as their primary caregiver. The senior or disabled individual must be Medicaid eligible and be a part of the CCSP or SOURCE waiver program.

You must be able to pass a criminal background check
You can not have any other employment
