Well… Mother Nature kept us guessing!
For those who missed it last night… we get it! The weather was a little iffy, and there were definitely a few moments of, “Hmmmm… are we really doing this?” 🌧️😂
But we decided to trust it, go for it, and we are SO glad we did! ✨
The sprinkles passed, the clouds cleared a bit, and before we knew it, we were settling into a beautiful evening of sound, nature, connection and relaxation at Cedar Beach.

A big thank you to everyone who took a chance on the weather and came out. You helped make the evening so beautiful. 🤍
And if you missed it… no worries! There’s always next Wednesday.

🧚‍♀️ When the dragonflies show up for your sound bath…

Hundreds of dragonflies joined us at Cedar Beach…
🧚‍♀️
Apparently, they had something to say.
✨
Last week, as we were setting up for our Cedar Beach Sound Bath, we looked behind us and discovered hundreds of dragonflies dancing through the tall grasses.
🧚‍♀️
Of course, we had to stop and watch… and take a little video of our unexpected guests.

So naturally, we looked up the meaning of the dragonfly. 😉
And honestly, their message couldn't have been more perfect:
✨ Transformation — let go of what no longer serves you and make room for what's next.
✨ Lightness — don't take everything so seriously. Approach life with curiosity, openness and a little playfulness.
✨ Movement — keep growing, keep changing, and don't be afraid to move in a new direction.
✨ Authenticity — shed the old layers and let more of your true self emerge.
So maybe those dragonflies weren't just putting on a show…
Maybe they were reminding us to lighten up, embrace change, and trust the transformation.
✨
Or maybe they just wanted front-row seats to the sound bath. 😂🧚‍♀️
Either way… they definitely helped set the vibe.

✨ “I came feeling stressed… and I left feeling uplifted and at peace.” ✨

Those were the beautiful words shared with me by someone who joined us for our recent Sound Bath on the beach.
She arrived carrying the weight of things happening in her life, her mind busy, her body feeling the effects of stress.
As the sounds of the crystal singing bowls moved through the space, something began to shift.
💙
Sound is vibration.�Vibration is felt throughout the body.�💙
And when we give ourselves permission to slow down, breathe, listen, and simply be, we create space for the nervous system to move out of that heightened state and into deeper rest.
This is one of the beautiful experiences of Sound Healing.

The sounds don't make our challenges disappear. Instead, they can help us change how we are holding them.
The mind becomes quieter.�The breath deepens.�The body softens.�And we reconnect with the peace that already exists within us.
Sometimes we don't need to fix everything around us.
We simply need to create space for a shift within.

Join us for a beautiful evening by the beach as we relax into the soothing sounds and healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls at sunset.

Sound is not only something we hear, it’s something we feel.
The vibrations of the bowls gently move through the body, resonating through our cells and creating a sense of calm, balance, and peace.
As our bodies are made up of over 80% water, we become the perfect vessel for these healing frequencies. Surrounded by the natural rhythm of the waves and the energy of the water, this experience becomes even more powerful and restorative.
