A reminder to myself today in a session with my teacher… The divine expects me to love and care for myself FIRST and by doing so then I have the space to love and care for others and help them heal. I am no use to anyone if I’m worn down, sick and depleted. Handing the things that are out of my control over to The Creator, and knowing that His love for me (and us all) is strong enough to handle it all, especially when I cannot.

It’s like a duh moment. Of course I knew that. But how easy it is to forget when I’m just trying to be the healer I believe The Divine wants me to be. He never said to sacrifice myself though, and that’s what I need to remember ❤️🙏

I was just talking to a client/friend of mine yesterday about this. If we are to grow, we need to question everything constantly. Our own behaviors, our belief systems, our moral values, everything. We should be watchful always of the emotions that come up, where can we expand in Loving awareness, where can we grow in Truth? Healing and growth is not linear, it’s a circle, and like an onion we strip layer after layer of untruths until we find out who we truly are.

If we keep our HEARTS and minds open, watching, feeling and questioning instead of getting caught in the fear and anger the collective is feeling, we have an opportunity to grow and heal in every moment! 🙏❤️
