Meet Tina Baker, our Office Manager and one of the most important pieces of what makes The Aesthetic Center run so seamlessly every day.

As the bridge between our providers, front desk team, and clients, Tina keeps everything moving behind the scenes—from coordinating daily operations to ensuring every patient experience feels smooth, welcoming, and personalized from start to finish.

A Lewes native, Tina spent more than 20 years in the hospitality industry before pursuing her passion for skincare and earning her Aesthetician License in 2015. That unique combination of customer service expertise and aesthetic knowledge allows her to support both our team and our patients in a truly exceptional way.

But what makes Tina so special isn't just what she does—it's how she does it. Her warmth, kindness, and unwavering dedication help create the welcoming atmosphere our patients know and love.

The question I hear most: "Can you avoid the veins?"

The aesthetics industry is changing in the best way, in which results are less about trends and more about skin health, prevention, and helping patients feel confident while still looking like themselves.

I’m incredibly honored to have been selected to be featured in Philadelphia Style Magazine's Innovators in Aesthetics & Beauty 2026 Spotlight alongside several other talented leaders in this industry. Opportunities like this remind me how much HH Aesthetics has grown, and I’m so grateful to continue building a platform that allows me to connect with, educate, and care for so many amazing patients, but also to connect with colleagues that shape my practice in the best ways

From cosmetology to aesthetic nursing, this journey has shaped so much of who I am, and I’m proud to be part of an industry that continues to evolve with such intention, education, and authenticity, although parts of this industry still leave plenty of room for higher standards as evidence-based practice continues to evolve. I am happy to be apart of the shift of this industry to be recognized as a respected medical specialty, and every training pushes us towards that goal.
