Embodied Wellness

08/17/2026

I created Embodied Wellness at the end of 2024 as a space where I could be of service to the community in my most authentic expression. For the second year in a row I have been nominated for the Central Jersey Community Choice Awards (my first year I placed 2nd! 🤯). It would be my honor to recieve your votes again this year. It is my sincerest wish that through your voting and sharing with friends and family, that my work will reach more people who will benefit from the slow, precise and extremely intentional style of my body and energy work. Because, in highest truth, expanding the reach of my service means more to me than all the shiny awards ever could. I am so grateful for all of my clients who have entrusted me with their care that I genuinely feel like i have ALREADY won❤️🙏
*I wouldnt turn down another plaque for my wall though🤣😘🤞*

Thank you, NJ Voyager magazine, for the invitation to share more about my winding road in life, which led to the creation of my passion project Embodied Wellness.❤️🙏

I am very proud to be a part of this little NJ community with my body and energy work, and cannot wait to continue to expand and grow with you into the future!
