JUST THREE SPOTS LEFT! ✨ Our July Aerial Yoga Series starts this Saturday and not to be too dramatic, but this *may* be your LAST CHANCE to try aerial close to home since we're closing up shop in August! Read all about the series below⬇
Learn the basics, build strength, and take your practice to new heights in this Aerial Yoga Series! Grow together with the same group during five sessions. Each session will build upon the previous one, so you can build a strong practice and feel confident flying, going upside down, and getting the most out of aerial yoga!
Week 1: Learn the Basics
Get familiar with the fabric, learn the technical terms and foundational aerial techniques, and enjoy gentle stretches. The first class will be mostly standing or grounded.
Week 2: Explore the Flow
This week will involve a flow inside the fabric. You'll explore deep stretches and have options for challenges in this well-rounded class.
Week 3: Slow & Low
Take the fabric low and see the sorter side of aerial. This class is focused on total relaxation and release. This will be a restorative/yin style aerial class, but don't underestimate it: the fabric is a wonderful tool to deepen and enhance stretches.
Week 4: Center & Core
This session will be focused on asanas that activate and target key abdominal muscles. Abdominals and core activation are crucial for aerial yoga as it allows you to flip around and move with a bit more ease.
Week 5: Flips & Tricks
Time for some fun! The final session will be a workshop-style class where you can explore inversions, flips, and tricks in the fabric–using what you've learned in the past 4 sessions to feel confident as you fly!
This series includes FIVE aerial yoga classes. Classes are from 12:00-1:00 and held every Saturday (July 1, 8, 15, 22, 29). Price is $115 for ALL five sessions. Pre-registration is REQUIRED.
