This Memorial Day, we paused to honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice and never made it home. 🫡

Our Fallen Soldier Table stands quietly, yet powerfully, reminding us that freedom is never free. Every item placed upon the table carries meaning — the empty chair, the single rose, the candlelight, the slice of lemon, and the pinch of salt — each symbol telling a story of courage, sacrifice, love, and remembrance.

At Santa Rosa Center for Rehabilitation and Healing, we remember not only the heroes who served, but also the families who carry their memory every day. May we never forget those who gave everything for the freedoms we hold dear.

At Summit Care, we are especially grateful for the veterans, families, healthcare professionals, and communities who continue to embody strength, service, and compassion every day.
