It has been our honor to serve you and our community.

Moving forward, all Imaging Studies and associated reports from Ocean Medical Imaging of Delaware have been transferred to Morgan Records Company, our designated records custodian, and will be available after 4/17/26. These records will be safely maintained in compliance with Delaware’s required retention periods and privacy standards under state and federal law, including HIPAA. Please note that in accordance with applicable laws, there may be a reasonable fee for copying and transmitting records.

Accessing Your Records:
Patients may request copies of their imaging reports and records by contacting:

Additionally,
• All finalized imaging reports have been provided to your referring physician and are part of your permanent medical record at their office.

After 17 years of serving the community, Ocean Medical Imaging of De has closed for good on February 26, 2026.

We have truly appreciated all the support from all of our friends and neighbors and this decision was not made lightly.
All of your imaging reports have been sent to your ordering physician and will be part of your medical record at their office. We will be posting information on obtaining images in the next few days.
