Role:CLTS Direct Support / Skills Mentor for Waukesha County!

Catapult Wellness is seeking a dependable, compassionate person to support children and families through Wisconsin’s Children’s Long-Term Support (CLTS) program.

In this role, you may help children build daily living skills, participate in community activities, practice social and communication skills, and work toward goals in their service plan.

Position details

*1099 Part-time, with hours based on client needs and availability

* Serving families in Waukesha County

* Pay: up to $22/hour, plus applicable mileage reimbursement.

* Experience supporting children or people with disabilities is helpful. A caring, reliable, and person-centered approach is essential.

Catapult Wellness is hiring motivated, dependable professionals who are interested in supporting children and families through CLTS now while building toward a higher-level role in CCS / Individual Placement and Support (IPS).

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to start working immediately, gain experience, complete required training at their own pace, and advance into employment-support services.

💚 Starting Role: CLTS Direct Support / Skills Mentor
💰 Up to $22/hour + mileage reimbursement
📍 Waukesha County
🗓️ Flexible / part-time scheduling available

While working with CLTS clients, team members can complete the training needed to move into our CCS / IPS track.

⭐ After required CCS and IPS training:
💰 Up to $34/hour for eligible CCS/IPS work

Training is self-paced, and you can continue earning through CLTS while completing it.

We are especially interested in applicants with experience in:

✅ Comprehensive Community Services (CCS)
✅ Individual Placement and Support (IPS)
✅ Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR)
✅ Supported employment or job coaching
✅ Behavioral health or mental health services
✅ Social work, psychology, rehabilitation, education, or human services

Don’t have IPS experience yet? That’s okay.

We are open to candidates who have:

* CCS experience but need IPS training
* DVR or employment-support experience but need CCS/IPS training
* IPS experience and are familiar with behavioral health services
* Relevant human-services experience and are interested in advancing into this specialty

This pathway is designed for people who want more than a short-term job. You can begin with CLTS, build your skills, complete training, and advance into higher-paid CCS/IPS opportunities.

GREEN INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT:

Supporting holistic healing through beautiful, community-centered green space.

Through the Fresh Coast Green Communities program, Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District (MMSD) and Greenprint Partners are working with Sankofa Holistic Community Center to build green
infrastructure that reduces the risk of sewer overflows, improves climate resiliency, and helps protect Lake Michigan. Green infrastructure is a cost-saving, attractive, eco-friendly landscaping solution that helps property owners manage water that falls on their buildings and grounds. subsurface water storage system beneath the parking lot and resilient, deep-rooted native plants.. Read more below!
