945 N 12th Street Milwaukee, WI Since 1999, Progressive Community Health Centers has provided high quality, comprehensive health care and social services to patients of all ages and incomes for residents of the inner-city neighborhoods on Milwaukee’s North Side. An independent non-profit organiza

tion, Progressive CHC now operates in four locations with over 100 full time employees, saw over 25,000 health visits in 2015, and is the main source of medical care for over 19,000 patients who rely on the Medicaid program. Our comprehensive services include adult and pediatric medicine, behavioral health services, social services, women’s health, HIV and STD prevention and treatment, and an assortment of other services including radiology, mammography, nutritional counseling and specialty care for our patients.

Please be advised that our 12th Street Urgent Care location will be closing early today, Thursday, June 4, at 4:00 PM.

We will resume normal business hours tomorrow, Friday, June 5, at 9:00 AM.

PCHC’s new self check-in kiosks are officially LIVE! 🎉

We’re excited to bring a faster, smoother, and more convenient check-in experience to our patients. The response so far has been amazing, and we’re grateful to see patients already enjoying the benefits of the new system.

A huge thank you to our incredible staff members who have helped make this launch a success by assisting patients and keeping things running smoothly each day. Your teamwork and dedication continue to make a difference!

As we continue improving workflow and enhancing the patient experience, we look forward to building on this progress and introducing even more improvements in the future.
