🌱 ROOT IS BACK FOR AUTUMN 🌱
Yoga for Your Glutes, Core + Pelvic Floor
Saturdays • 8:00 AM
September 12 – October 17
6-Week Series
✨ Rooted. Strengthening. Centering.
Your glutes, core, and pelvic floor are the foundation that supports so much of how you move through the world.
This fall, ROOT returns with Jennifer Prall Sullivan, Certified Pelvic Floor Yoga Instructor, for a 6-week series designed to help you reconnect with—and strengthen—the muscles at your body's center.
Through intentional movement, breathwork, and mindful awareness, you'll explore how to build strength, stability, balance, flexibility, and resilience from the inside out.
Each week includes:
🌱 Gentle warm-ups + breath practices to connect with your pelvic floor (no Kegels here!)
✨ Strengthening work for the deep core, obliques + glutes
⚖️ Balancing exercises to support the weaker side of your body
🧘 Stretching + mindful cool-downs, with and without props
📝 A weekly progress worksheet to help you notice your awareness + growth
And while this series has a special focus on the pelvic floor, ROOT is for all bodies, ages, genders, and experience levels.
Whether you're looking to feel stronger in your core, improve stability and balance, better understand your pelvic floor, or simply develop a deeper connection with your body, there's something here for you.
Jennifer creates a supportive, low-pressure environment with clear guidance, modifications, and variations so you can practice in a way that works for YOUR body.
