State of Wisconsin Association of Neonatal Nurses - SWANN SWANN serves as a state chapter of NANN. We are a forum for professional networking among NICU nurses in Wisconsin.

We promote neonatal nursing practice, education, and advocate for changes to improve health outcomes of babies throughout Wisconsin! The Southern Wisconsin Association of Neonatal Nurses (SWANN) was installed as a chapter of the National Association of Neonatal Nurses (NANN) in late 2010. SWANN is supported by NANN, an institution founded in 1984. You must be a member of NANN in order to join SWANN.
