🎮 The journey to becoming a player starts with a first impression.

A recommendation, a store page, a social post, or even a purchase description can influence whether someone decides to explore a game further. Our latest blog explores how women players discover games and why content strategy plays such an important role in building trust.

🧩 A highly visible piece of content and an internal document do not carry the same risk. Neither do different languages produce equally reliable AI results. In today's video, Belén explores why understanding those differences is essential when deciding where to introduce AI and where to be more cautious.

🧟 Requiem for the dead. Nightmare for the living.

When players return to a familiar universe, they bring years of memories with them. That means localization has to do more than introduce new content: it needs to understand the history behind every choice.

Our latest article explores the work behind Resident Evil Requiem’s localization, where Terra’s team helped adapt the game across 10 locales while maintaining the identity players have come to associate with the franchise.

The result is a reminder that consistency does not mean staying still. Sometimes, protecting a legacy means knowing when to preserve and when to adapt.

🎮 This International Translation Day, we’re looking at language through the eyes of one of gaming’s most famous explorers.

In Rise of the Tomb Raider, Lara Croft’s growing language knowledge changes how she reads the world around her. There’s something familiar in that journey for the linguists who help bring game worlds to players across languages.

Our latest blog explores the parallels between that process and the work linguists do when finding their way through a game’s world. A fitting adventure for a day dedicated to the people who make understanding possible. right?
