⭐️ SUMMER PROGRAM ENROLLMENT IS NOW OPEN! ⭐️
A 2025 study found that 47.4% of Wisconsin students reported not feeling a sense of belonging, and this number continues to increase (Wisconsin Office of Children’s Mental Health, 2025).

When youth feel a sense of belonging in their community, they are more likely to:
💪🏾 Experience improved mental and physical health
🙌🏼 Build meaningful friendships and connections
🌱Engage in healthy coping strategies and positive decision-making

This summer, HIR Wellness Institute is offering youth mental health programs, led by licensed mental health providers and clinical interns, designed to foster community, strengthen coping skills, and create supportive spaces where youth can connect, learn, and grow together.

To learn more, check out our flyers or give us a call at 414-763-5815.

We hope to see you this summer! ☀️

HIR Wellness Institute R&R - Reflections & Resiliency

Welcome relatives we are so glad you are here to reflect and find some inner peace. Join us as we breathe, stretch, and share in the energy together.

As we continue to serve victims of crime with virtual services, we want to hear from you. Please take a few moments to complete our Community Survey
https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/MHBZX57 to help inform how we can best serve our relatives.

Together we can identify the need and create social justice action around much needed services and resources to those who need it most.

While Mental Health Awareness Month provides an important opportunity to highlight these efforts, our commitment to mental health and wellness continues year-round.

From Mobile Mental Health Clinics and community outreach to educational opportunities and internship development, each initiative reflects our mission to make mental health care more accessible, equitable, and healing-centered.

We’re proud to share that Guin Duquaine has been promoted to Victims of Crime Program Administrative Specialist.

Guin brings a deep commitment to our mission and a presence that grounds and moves this work forward. She leads with heart, builds trust in community, and consistently shows up where it matters most.

In this role, Guin will continue to advance access to comprehensive, healing-centered mental health care—strengthening how we support relatives and expanding pathways for connection, advocacy, and care.

Please join us in celebrating Guin and the impact this next chapter will bring to our community!
