Every year, Direct Supply partners with Revitalize Milwaukee to help a Senior homeowner in the Havenwoods Neighborhood Partnership stay safely in the home they love. This year, that homeowner is a local woman who's called her house home for over a decade.

Last week, our employee Partners were on-site tackling repairs and beautification projects, from accessibility upgrades to restoring her backyard, so she can keep enjoying the place where she's built her life. It's a hands-on reminder of our mission: improving the lives of America's Seniors.

Earlier this week, members of ViP (Veterans in Partnership), one of our partner engagement groups, volunteered at Camp Hometown Heroes to help prepare the camp for winter. The team refreshed camp spaces, gathered picnic tables and recreational equipment from around the property and stored them for the winter, laid down fresh mulch, and stocked firewood stations.

Camp Hometown Heroes offers free, week-long camp sessions and healing programs for children ages 7–17 from families of fallen heroes, whose sacrifice we're grateful to honor in even a small way.
