🍂 What a wonderful way to celebrate fall! Our Fall Harvest Festival brought together fresh Clare Gardens produce, local vendors, a hearty chili lunch, raffles, and plenty of opportunities for residents, staff, and the local community to enjoy the season.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for the Trinity Senior Services Health Fair focused on health, wellness, and community connection. With 30+ stations featuring local health and wellness vendors, there were plenty of opportunities to learn, ask questions, and discover helpful resources.

A special thank you to all of our vendors, partners, and everyone who helped make the day such a great success! 👩‍⚕️💙

Our Annual Retreat brought together a wonderful turnout of residents and members of the wider community this month! 🙌 It was a beautiful opportunity to pause, reflect, and reconnect with our faith alongside one another.

A special thank you to Fr. Tom Doyle for leading us through a thoughtful and inspiring retreat! We hope everyone left with a deeper awareness of God’s presence in everyday life. ✝

Our residents and community friends enjoyed a wonderful day trip to Lake Geneva filled with beautiful views, great food, and plenty of history! 🌊 The group enjoyed a relaxing boat cruise and lunch while learning about the historic homes and incredible architecture surrounding the lake.

It was a fun day of exploring, enjoying the scenery, and making memories together! 💙
