If you have a problem breathing, that’s where we start - your nose.

The Breathing Triangle® is a simple picture of the airway built on three connected points:

- Open the Nose.
- Calm the Lining.
- Open the Throat.

The triangle gives patients and providers a full view of the airway before anyone decides what to do next.

At ADVENT, we get the nose working in an office-based setting which then gives our patients the option between CPAP and Oral Appliance Therapy.

When you educate and inform patients, more often than not they would rather have the Oral Appliance - that’s just the reality.

It was incredible to see the World Cup with my family at the MetLife Stadium.

USA hasn’t hosted the Final since 1994 and it could be another 30+ years until it happens again.

Mia studied abroad in Barcelona, so to see Spain win it all was especially nice.
