Stay safe during extreme heat! ☀️🔥 Here are some tips to protect yourself and loved ones:

🧢 Wear lightweight, light-colored, and loose-fitting clothing
💧 Stay hydrated—drink plenty of water throughout the day
🌳 Seek shade or stay indoors during peak heat hours (10 AM - 4 PM)
🧊 Use fans or air conditioning to keep cool
🥤 Avoid alcohol and caffeine, which can dehydrate you
🕶️ Wear a wide-brimmed hat and UV-protective sunglasses
🧴 Apply sunscreen to protect your skin from sunburn
👶 Keep infants, elderly, and pets cool and hydrated
📝 Check on neighbors, friends, and family—especially those vulnerable to heat
