With phones and the ability to work 24 hours a day (even on vacations) it’s getting harder and harder to rest both our bodies and minds. If you can take small breaks of even 5 - 10 minutes multiple times a day it helps. No phones, texts, emails or tv, just a quiet break. This trains our nervous system to keep balanced throughout the day.
