4th Dimension Sobriety provides a carefully tailored, structured and effective environment to overcome substance use and addiction. Located on Milwaukee's Eastside and Riverwest areas, we are A 501(c)(3) nonprofit, 4th Dimension Sobriety receives funding from the Department of Health & Human Services. After an allotted amount of time determined by the Behavioral Health Division, residents begin to

pay rent with a variety of payment options. Our holistic approach offers a full range of services from clinical treatment and programming to transitional and sober living housing.

Before coming to 4th Dimension, I felt lost and uncertain about my future. During my stay, I have built structure, accountability, responsibility, and independence while learning to believe in myself again. A first look at the future home of the 4th Dimension Ofrenda.

What began as a temporary space for remembrance is becoming a permanent part of our community. By August 28, this space will be ready to welcome photos, messages, memories, and the stories of those we carry with us.

The 4th Dimension Ofrenda is currently under construction and will be ready for Welcome to the 4th Dimension on August 28.

For years, this has been a place where people leave photos, messages, and memories of loved ones who are no longer with us. This year, we’re creating a permanent space of remembrance so those stories can continue to be shared for years to come.

If you’d like to help bring this beautiful project to life, send us a DM. We’d love to have volunteers be part of building it.
