Trellis Counseling is excited to introduce Root and Rise, a new therapeutic horticulture program designed to support individuals experiencing anxiety, stress, and overwhelm through nature-based mental health care.
Root and Rise is grounded in the understanding that by engaging with plants, natural rhythms, and living systems, participants are invited to slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and build practical tools for regulating anxiety in a tangible way.
