When asked why she has chosen to stay with MMC for 40 years, Shannon shared:

🧸💜 A Heartfelt Thank You 💜🧸

Minden Medical Center would like to extend our sincere appreciation to the Dorcas Ministry of First Baptist Church for their generous donation of handmade teddy bears for our Teddy Bear Clinic programs hosted by Busy Bee Pediatrics and Minden Medical Clinic of Haughton Pediatrics.

Each teddy bear was lovingly handcrafted and will help bring comfort, smiles, and reassurance to children as they participate in these special educational events. These bears are more than toys, they are gifts of kindness that help create positive healthcare experiences for our youngest patients.

We are grateful for community partners like the Dorcas Ministry who share their time, talents, and hearts to make a difference in the lives of others.

While we anticipate this to be a short and seamless process, some departments may temporarily experience issues with incoming or outgoing calls as our IT teams and onsite technicians complete the transition.
