🌟 Employee Spotlight: Catherine Jackson🌟
For 24 years, Catherine has been a steady, caring presence in this community. Through three different owners and now The Columns of Germantown, one thing has remained constant: Catherine’s incredible dedication to the people she serves.
Catherine is loved by residents, staff, and the many families whose loved ones she has cared for throughout the years. She is truly one of the heartbeats of our community and an exceptional caregiver.
What makes Catherine so special goes far beyond the care she provides. She has a way of making each person feel seen, cared for, and genuinely loved. Her big heart is evident in the compassion she shows our residents and their families, and she consistently goes above and beyond to make a difference in their lives.
Soft-spoken yet confident, Catherine brings a calming and reassuring presence wherever she goes. Those who know her will tell you she is just as beautiful on the inside as she is on the outside.
Twenty-four years of caring for others is an incredible legacy, and we are so fortunate that Catherine continues to share her heart with us at The Columns of Germantown.
