Our tai chi class has had a "changing of the guard." Please welcome Mary Dallas, our new instructor. Classes are Monday and Thursdays 4-5pm and Wednesdays 8:15-9:15am. Sign up on the Mindbody app or website. Beginners are always welcome!

About the class: Tai chi is a Chinese art and discipline with a heritage spanning centuries. It works toward the balance and harmony of Yin and Yang in order to expand human potential. Though it promotes health, improves balance, increases body awareness, and fosters mental calm, its primary directive is to align personal chi with universal chi.
About Mary: I bring to my teaching thirteen years of tai chi training—seven of these with Chris Taw at High Barre, and six years with Master Jose Perez. I continue to study with Master Perez. I teach internal energy cultivation, the First Thirteen, and the complete Long Form. I am happy to be joining High Barre
