For nearly four decades, Eugenia Steffens has dedicated her nursing career to kidney transplantation and organ donation, making a lasting difference in the lives of transplant patients and living donors. In 2011, she became a kidney donor herself—an extraordinary personal commitment to the mission she has championed throughout her career. We're grateful to have Eugenia as our Nursing Director for the Transplant and Kidney Service Line, continuing her lifelong mission to improve kidney care
