Join us at Interna Mental Health and Wellness's new ritual fire pit for a night to call out the end of the Harvest season and celebrate the celtic new year through a ritual calling respect to the wheel of the year that guides us and mother earth.

Through seven chakra-aligned crystal singing bowls, energy healing, and sacred ritual, we’ll journey from ancestral grounding into emotional release, heart restoration, reclaimed voice, and connection with the unseen. With the Sun and Mercury retrograde in Scorpio and Venus retrograde in Libra, this Samhain carries powerful energy for honoring what came before us, releasing what has completed its cycle, and restoring balance as we cross the threshold into the darker half of the year.

Building community means finding events that work for everyone. Our quarterly events bring together staff, community partners, and family to have some joy in these dark times.

We try to accommodate all needs and make neurodiverse and accessible spaces for everyone.

Our monthly meetups are a chance for healers of all kinds to step outside of the office, make new connections, and build community. We bring people together around different topics, practitioners, and experiences that inspire conversation, creativity, and new ways of thinking about our work.

At this month’s meetup, we’re continuing our conversation about the many ways connection, self-expression, and wellbeing can happen beyond the traditional therapy space.

If you or someone you know needs therapy we are opening up a waitlist for people who are not insured or underinsured.

We will be offering free sessions to people who have no insurance or high deductible plans over 3,500 dollars.

The sessions will start in mid-late October and should last for a minimum of 10 sessions per person or through April 2027.

Summer has a funny way of filling up every available inch of the calendar.

Vacations, packed schedules, catching up after being out, trying to remember what day it is... and suddenly you realize you haven’t talked to another therapist in weeks. So consider this your excuse to get out of the therapy bubble for a couple hours.

Our monthly therapist meetup is a space to meet new people, reconnect with folks you already know, swap referrals, talk shop, or honestly just eat snacks with people who understand the particular weirdness of being a therapist.

This month we’ll also be spending some time with Anna from Resilience Physical Therapy, learning more about her pelvic floor work and the communities she supports.
