Can you believe it's already August? We sure can't. But that means it's time for our monthly meetup on Thursday August 13th! Woohoo! Come hang out, grab some snacks, and if we're lucky enjoy the rooftop views.

This month our spotlight features Anna with Resilience Physical Therapy . Anna is a pelvic floor therapist specializing in work with adolescents, adults, and the LGBTQ+ community. We're excited to learn more about the people she serves and how we can all support each other!

And so our story continues in the magical world of Interna.

We last left our intrepid hero and queen, Reggie, lording over the vast lands of Interna and finding herself bogged down by the weight of capitalism.

A witch cast a spell upon her court jester, Haley, and trapped her in a castle where private equity spammed her daily with ways to increase profits and lower patient quality of care. It was a nightmare, indeed.

There, a fellow prisoner, Helga, the puppy, dared to dream and spun an amazing tale. Helga revealed she was the Queen Reggie’s long lost sister and it was Helga who sent the Dragon Dahlia to Reggie.

Helga said she was waiting for this moment to break free from the cruel crutches of capitalism. She revealed herself to be a Dragon Rider and called Dahlia to her side through a mind connection.

She threw the jester, Haley, over the dragon like a sack of potatoes and escaped the dark castle.

Helga presented herself to Queen Reggie and proclaimed her allegiance to the land of Interna. Helga became a sworn protector and dragon rider to the lands and promised to uplift community, healing, and balance across the land.

And so this chapter of our story closes and our community lives in comfort knowing that Queen Reggie and her Dragon Rider, Helga, live and love on Interna land.

Come spend two Saturday afternoons creating something you can actually take home and use. In this two-part group, you'll make your own ceramic finger labyrinth while giving yourself space to pause, breathe, and reconnect.

This experience might be for you if:
-Your mind feels like it's running a marathon and you're craving a reset.
-You connect more through creating than through sitting still.
-Meditation has never really clicked, but you're looking for a different path to mindfulness.
-You just want to try something new and carve out a little time that's only for you.

Looking for a little extra zen this summer? Join us for some creativity, community, and mindfulness!

Jocelyn, MEd, MA LMFT, ATR-BC, is hosting another round of her Ceramic Finger Labyrinth group! We'll meet on two Saturdays, July 25th and August 8th, 1pm-3pm on both days.

This group is a great fit for those who:
1. Feel overwhelmed or stressed and would benefit from slowing down.
2. Enjoy hands-on, creative, or experiential approaches to healing.
3. Have a hard time with traditional mindfulness or meditation but are looking for another way to practice being present.
4. Are processing anxiety, grief, trauma, or life transitions and could benefit from a grounding, reflective experience.
5. Simply want to connect with themselves in a different way.

Location: Barrel House Minneapolis
