Inspired by her own father’s experience with addiction, founder Anissa Keyes Powell created Arubah in 2012 to provide much-needed services to underserved populations.

We've built a strong foundation in Minnesota, offering holistic approaches to emotional well-being that integrate practices like yoga, mindfulness, and therapeutic support. Now, we're ready to share our proven model and mission with like-minded individuals across the nation.
