The 2026 Minnesota State Fair comes to Mount Olivet was yet again, another fantastic success! A fan favorite with residents, families, and staff. A HUGE shoutout to our Therapeutic Recreation department for planning and hosting this yearly event!

Another wonderful employee appreciation meal put together by our culinary department and led by their FANTASTIC Director, Cairo. Our monthly tradition continues, this time featuring grilled chicken sandwiches and summer pasta salad. Always a hit!

Four Minnesota aging services providers aren’t waiting on the labor market or Washington to solve their staffing crisis. They created their own international nurse-recruitment organization and are now partnering with LeadingAge Minnesota to expand the model.

We recently hosted a meal for all of our CNAs and TMAs in thanks for all they do. Our community would not be the same without the dedicated and compassionate work from our wonderful CNA/TMA team!

Today we celebrate an incredible milestone as our Executive Director, Tim Hokanson, is retiring after 40 years of dedicated service.

Tim’s joyful leadership, compassion, and unwavering commitment have shaped Mount Olivet Careview in countless meaningful ways. We are deeply grateful for all he has given and wish him the very best in this next chapter.

Today, we held our 31st Annual Scholarship Luncheon. We are very fortunate to be blessed with an amazing group of donors to make this special day possible.

Continuing education is one of the cornerstones here at Mount Olivet Careview Home. We feel it is our duty to help our staff reach their educational goals as much as possible, and today is a beautiful example of just that. Congratulations to our 15 recipients!
