There is a particular kind of exhaustion that can happen in midlife.
It’s not necessarily one big crisis.
It’s everything.
The kids need you.
The aging parents.
The work.
The marriage.
The never-ending logistics.
The changes in your body.
The feeling that everyone else has a need before you even have a chance to figure out what you need.
And sometimes that comes out as anxiety.
Sometimes anger.
Sometimes numbness.
Sometimes a short fuse.
Sometimes scrolling your phone at night because you desperately need 30 minutes where nobody needs anything from you.
And then you wonder why you don’t feel like yourself.
You aren’t failing at midlife.
You may simply need space to understand what’s happening—and support making changes that actually fit the life you’re living.
That’s the work I want to do with women through Nourish with MB.
