* 💧 Absorption and capillary action: They discover, through hands-on exploration, how water can travel through paper.
* 🎨 Colors: They identify colors, observe how they blend, and create a beautiful rainbow.
* 👀 Observation: They pay attention to the changes happening during the experiment.
* 🧠 Scientific thinking: They make predictions, experiment, and observe the results.
* ✋ Fine motor skills: They practice manipulating markers, paper towels, and containers of water.
* 💬 Language development: They describe what they see and learn words such as water, absorb, mix, colors, and rainbow.
* 🤝 Collaboration: They work together and share materials.

🍎🌱 The rain may have changed our plans, but it didn’t change our desire to share and celebrate together. 💛

Although we had to cancel our “Harvesting Cultures” event, we were still able to enjoy a small, heartfelt moment with our families.

These small gifts were a way of expressing our sincere gratitude for all the love, support, and encouragement our Jardin families have given to all of our teachers, especially during difficult times when their support has meant so much to us. 💛🌱

Because beyond an event, what we truly harvest is connection, gratitude, and beautiful memories that stay in our hearts.

Thank you for walking alongside us and for being part of our Jardin family. ✨

💛 A picture is worth a thousand words, but this one says it best: community.
When we had to cancel Cosechando Culturas due to weather, our Jardín teachers didn't want the day to pass without celebrating our families anyway — so we packed up dinner, fresh fruit, and a special shirt to send home with every family instead.
This is what Jardín is really about. It's not just what happens in the classroom — it's the way this community shows up for each other, again and again. We've seen it all year, from shared meals to rides to work and home during hard times. Today was just one more example.
Thank you for being part of this familia. We're so grateful for each and every one of you. 🌻

🇲🇽❤️ Celebrating Mexico’s Independence with little hearts full of joy! ❤️🇲🇽

Our little ones had so much fun celebrating Mexican culture and traditions with their very own Independence Day parade! 🎉🎺🌵

It was a beautiful day filled with smiles, laughter, music, and lots of Mexican pride. We love creating these special memories while helping our little ones learn about and appreciate the traditions that make Mexico so beautiful. 🇲🇽✨

🔵🟡🔺 Learning through play!

Today, we reviewed geometric shapes in a fun and engaging way! 🎯✨ Our little learners used a simple homemade launcher made with a paper towel roll and a balloon to launch colorful pom-poms onto the shapes.

This fun activity encouraged shape recognition, hand-eye coordination, fine motor skills, and lots of excitement! 💛📚🎈

Learning is always more fun when we play!

Our little ones enjoyed touching and exploring sensory bags filled with autumn leaves and colorful water. Through their little hands and curious eyes, they discovered movement, colors, textures, and cause and effect.
