Specialized Treatment Services, Inc STS is an outpatient medication assisted treatment facility program that specializes in helping with the fight against opioid addiction.

Our professional staff understands your op**te addiction. We are not here to judge you, we are here to help. Whether this is your first time or you have been through the process before, know that our approach is based on your needs. At STS you are a person who is ready to make a life change and we have the facility, knowledge and tools to help you move forward with your life. We collectively have

decades of experience and can provide you with all the help and compassion you need. Specialized Treatment Services believes that chemical dependency is a chronic and progressive disease with multiple causes affecting the social, physical, spiritual, cultural and emotional aspects of people’s lives. We believe that opioid dependency is medically treatable with proven, clinically researched methods to abate cravings that cause relapse. Our programs offer:

• Methadone Maintenance
• Buprenorphine Maintenance
• Long-term and Short-term Medication Tapers
• Day and Evening Outpatient Drug and Alcohol Treatment
• Basic medical care
• Women’s program
• Chemical Health Education
• Individual and Group Therapy
• Program for Pregnant Woman
• Chemical Health Assessments

If you meet the pre-screening requirements, you may qualify for our treatment program. Pre-screening eligibility requirements:

• You are 18 years of age or older
• Opiates are your primary drug
• You have been addicted to op**tes for at least 12 consecutive months. And or

• Currently pregnant
• Recently released from prison or incarceration and in jeopardy of relapse
• Previously treated clients up to 2 years after discharge
• Previously treated clients that are at risk for relapse.
• Recently released from a chronic care facility and are at risk for relapse. STS welcomes walk-ins or we are available by appointment. To schedule an assessment call us at (612) 902-5915.
