I’ve been working throughout the last several months to offer all of what I do under one roof! It is finally here! ✨Just Healing✨ The website is up and ready to point you in the direction of my services:
1. Psychotherapy; with over a decade of experience, I offer clinical counseling to adults and couples ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜🖤🤍🤎
2. Yoga; learn about all of the unique classes I offer and check back as I’m about to fill up the event calendar with classes and events throughout 2025 🧘‍♂️
3. Supervision and Consultation; I’m able to provide supervision for those pursuing LPC/C licensure within the state of MN and can provide consultation to colleagues on matters of expertise 🤓

Did you all know I’m over two months into a three month training at to become a certified yoga instructor?! This process has demanded so much more from me than I had anticipated but it’s given me so much more than I anticipated as well ✨ It has always been my goal that this time of immense investment into myself will eventually pour back into our community 🪬
