Ever wonder how often you should exfoliate? A good rule of thumb is 1-3 times per week, depending on
your skin type. If you have sensitive skin, we suggest keeping it to a minimum of 1-2 times per week. If you have thicker, less sensitive skin you could exfoliate up to 3 times per week. We suggest keeping your exfoliating scrub in your shower and using it there to allow for easy removal. Use approximately a dime
size, gently massage the scrub over your face, neck and decollete for about 30 seconds and rinse thoroughly under the running water. Viola, smooth skin! Did you also know that exfoliating regularly helps your other products pe*****te skin better, giving you even more radiant results!
