There comes a point in life when choosing yourself becomes more important than fitting in.

Honoring your body’s needs, protecting your peace, saying no to what drains you, and yes to what nourishes you is wisdom.

True wellness isn’t just about what we eat or how we move. It’s about having the courage to make choices that align with our values, our health, and our future, even when they’re not the popular choice.

Every time you listen to your body instead of outside expectations, you’re strengthening your relationship with yourself.

Your health is not something you owe an explanation for.

Choose what supports your wellbeing.
Choose what brings you peace.
Choose what helps you thrive.

That’s self-honoring.

Vegetable garden coming soon.

Today I built and varnished a raised garden bed.

And to some, it may just look like a planter.
And to me it represents something much bigger.

In a world where food travels thousands of miles, is sprayed with countless chemicals, and is often disconnected from the soil it came from, growing even a small portion of our own food feels like an act of remembrance.

A return to something we have always known.

There is something deeply satisfying about planting a seed, tending it with your own hands, watching it grow, and knowing exactly what went into it.

No mystery ingredients.
No hidden chemicals.
No middleman.

Just sunshine, soil, water, time, and love.

I believe our bodies recognize this difference.

Food is more than calories and nutrients. It carries information. It carries energy. It carries the intention with which it was grown and prepared.

Every tomato, herb, lettuce leaf, or cucumber harvested from your own garden is a reminder that health doesn’t only come from a supplement bottle or a doctor’s office.

Sometimes it begins with putting your hands in the dirt.

This little garden bed is a small step toward greater self-reliance, deeper connection, and a more harmonious relationship with nature.

And honestly… that feels like real wealth to me.

closer we are to our food, the closer we are to our health.

What are you growing this year?

So many women are walking around feeling exhausted, anxious, inflamed, and disconnected from themselves, while being told:

“Everything looks normal.”

And after hearing that enough times, they begin questioning themselves instead of questioning whether they’ve actually been fully seen.

But your body is always communicating.

Symptoms are not random.
They are patterns.
Adaptations.
Signals.

And when we only look at isolated numbers without understanding the deeper context of your body, nervous system, stress load, emotional history, and capacity to heal…

we miss the bigger picture entirely.

This is why so many women feel like they’re doing everything “right” and still not feeling well.

Because healing is not just about fixing symptoms.

It’s about understanding what your body has been trying to say all along.

And once you see the pattern, everything starts to make sense.

Today we honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to this country.

Memorial Day is more than a long weekend. It is a reminder of courage, service, community, and the freedoms we are able to live within each day because others gave so much.

As we gather with family and loved ones today, may we also hold space for gratitude, reflection, and remembrance.

And may we never forget the importance of caring for one another, supporting our communities, and living with deeper appreciation for the life we have been given.

Wishing you all a peaceful and meaningful Memorial Day. 🇺🇸

Today I have enjoyed the simple pleasure of planting flowers, herbs and plants to brighten up our space and make it feel more like a home.

My heart is full and singing.

Sometimes the most healing thing you can do for your body is create less noise.

Not another supplement.
Not another protocol.
Not more information.

Just space.

Because your nervous system was never designed to process constant stimulation, scrolling, urgency, comparison, and input all day long.

And when your body is already overwhelmed, depleted, anxious, inflamed, exhausted, or dysregulated, more noise becomes another stressor.

This is why nervous system healing matters so deeply.

Your body communicates in subtle ways:
• fatigue
• brain fog
• irritability
• overwhelm
• disconnection
• difficulty resting

But most people have become so overstimulated they can no longer hear what their body is trying to say.

A digital detox is not about restriction.

It’s about creating enough stillness to reconnect with yourself again.

✨ Here’s your gentle reminder that healing sometimes starts with less, not more.

We are so quick to judge ourselves.

I am learning grace and acceptance for myself and all my perceived shortcomings.

I say perceived because they really aren’t shortcomings at all.

And I wonder why we are so hard on ourselves and why we compare ourselves to “standard” that was not created by us in the first place.

May you know yourself for the remarkable, capable and magnificent being that you are. One that is constantly evolving and growing and learning as you move through this weird and wonderful world.

What is it that you know today that you didn’t before?

Most people think creatine is just for the gym…

But it’s actually one of the most researched nutrients for:
- brain health
- muscle preservation
- cellular energy
- metabolism & longevity

And especially for women in midlife and menopause, supporting muscle and mitochondrial health matters more than ever.

But here’s the deeper conversation…

Even good things can become too much when we disconnect from the body’s signals.

In a world obsessed with “more,”
your body is asking for something different:

✨awareness
✨partnership
✨nourishment
✨listening

The goal isn’t to force the body into performance…

It’s to support it in creating sustainable energy, resilience, and strength.

Because true wellness is not built through punishment or pushing harder.

It’s built through relationship with the body you live in every single day.

- Your body is not the enemy.
- Your symptoms are not failures.
- Your body is communicating.

And when you learn to listen differently… everything changes.

Most people have forgotten one of the most fundamental laws of this universe. and not because it seems obscure or esoteric, but because we live in a world that has trained us to look outward for explanations that only exist inward.

Here it is, plainly: we are all energy. Every cell, every thought, every unprocessed emotion, it’s all energy. And we move through this world as living antennas, constantly broadcasting a frequency and receiving back everything that matches it.

Like a radio tuned to a specific station, you only receive what you’re transmitting. The people who keep showing up in your life. The situations that seem to find you no matter where you go. The content that catches your attention in a feed of thousands. None of it is random. All of it is information.

The 3D world does not lie. It is the most honest mirror you have access to.

To the mothers…
The nurturers.
The protectors.
The women who carry worlds inside their hearts while still trying to remember themselves inside it all.

Today is for you. đź’•

Not just for what you do…
but for all that you are.

For the late nights, the quiet sacrifices, the emotional labor no one sees, the strength you had to find when life asked more of you than felt possible.

At Next Level Wholeness, I believe mothers are often the heartbeat of the home… yet so many women have spent years pouring into everyone else while disconnecting from their own body, needs, joy, and truth.

May this be your reminder that your healing matters too.
Your nervous system matters.
Your rest matters.
Your dreams matter.
Your wholeness matters.

You deserve nourishment.
You deserve support.
You deserve to feel alive, vibrant, connected, and deeply cared for, not only by others, but by yourself.

Happy Mother’s Day to all the mothers, grandmothers, bonus moms, grieving mothers, future mothers, pet moms, and women who mother through love.

May you feel seen today. đź’•
