In honor of Osteoporosis Awareness Month, Mr. Bone Jangles shows us that impact and resistance training helps to build and maintain good bone mineral density. This reduces instances of fractures and breaks from something as traumatic as a fall, or something simple like coughing or sneezing, or even bending down to pick up an object.
